However, one factor destroyed the serenity—the weather conditions. 

Why is it important for travel agents and travelers to know about the weather? The simplest answer is that the weather is one major factor affecting the travel plan. Imagine going overseas to enjoy a holiday, and the traveler has not checked the internet for the weather of their destination, the outcome could cause an inconvenience and even a strain on one’s budget. Hence, everyone should be vigilant with the weather forecast. The internet is already convenient; with a click, information is easily gained.  



One tip before booking your travel is to create a game plan. Here is a list of steps in planning a travel vacation. 

  • Note about the place or country you want to travel to. 

It is important to decide which place you are going to. Learning about that certain area’s culture beforehand is encouraged, too! Understanding a little bit about the place or country is one way to plan your itinerary. 



  • Plan how many days you plan to travel.

The number of travel days is significant, especially when you book a tour. This factor is necessary so that a travel agent can offer you packages and even promos based on the days you plan to travel. Be specific with the dates, too! 

If you book a travel package via a travel and tours agency, you will be notified of the peak seasons based on the given dates and number of days. 



  • Check the internet for the weather forecast where you want to travel. 

One of the biggest factors in planning a trip is always the weather. Knowing the weather can help you plan your essentials and determine whether or not to pursue traveling. However, there were times when the weather was quite unpredictable, causing delays to flights and ferry services.
